Thank you for your interest in the Preucil School of Music. If you have trouble downloading the forms,
please install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
To enroll in music theory, chamber groups, group class, and/or orchestra, speak to your private lesson
teacher or the main office.
To enroll in instrument lessons, preschool, Music Together®, or the Certificate Program, see below.

To put your child on our waiting list for Preschool:
- Read the Placement

- Print the Placement Form: Early
Childhood Education (ECE) Placement Form
- Complete the Preschool/ECE form and send with the $40 placement fee to:

Music Together
To enroll in a Music Together class:
- Read the Placement and
Financial Policies for Music Together
- Contact the North Campus Office to reserve a spot in a Music Together class
- Print the Placement Form: Early
Childhood Education (ECE) Placement Form
- Complete the form and return it to us with a check for tuition
- Send placement form and check to:

Certificate Theory
- Application forms are available at the office, or download here.
- Write a 200 word essay expressing your interest in the program and what you foresee, at this time, as
the importance of music in your life.
- Submit application, essay, and $40 annual registration fee no later than Fall registration.
