For Prospective Lessons Students:

Thank you for your interest in the Preucil School of Music. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To put your child or an adult student on our waiting list for lessons:

1. Please read the Enrollment Process carefully:

2. If your child is under 5 years old, please read:

3. For information about lesson tuition and fees:

4. Print and complete the Placement Form:

6. Send the completed forms and the $35 placement fee to:

For Prospective Preschool or
Music Together® Students:

To put your child on our waiting list for Preschool or Music Together:

1. Read the Placement and Financial Policies for Preschool or Music Together
   
2. Print the Placement Form:
   Early Childhood Education (ECE) Placement Form
   
3. Complete the form and return it to us with the $40 placement fee (fee applies to preschool only).
